🔹 GET /transactions — Query Paginated Transactions
Returns a paginated list of all transactions.
Query Parameters:

🔹 GET /transaction/{xtid} — Query Single Transaction
Retrieve details of a specific transaction using its unique xtid (xace transaction id).
